of Craftmanship exhibition, I made
two tables that I felt would create
more of a focal point.”

THE BRIEF

To create a low, stable table with an interesting shape and detail but with a very hard wearing surface finish.

THE RESULT

Macassa Ebony veneered sides frame the shell detailed top made up of Maple and Birch sections with hot sand shaded detail.

Materials: Sycamore, maple and rosewood veneer.
