THE BRIEF

To create an opposing pair of chaise longues that can be covered with cushions for relaxed reading.

THE RESULT

From the hand carved Walnut frame and leg details to the marquetry inlaid arm, a parallel was drawn to the client’s interest in the art and architecture of Venice.

Materials: Solid black walnut, boxwood and ebony veneer.
