“Too often offices and boardrooms are seen in purely functional terms. In reality, these rooms create an important first impression of our business. In the case of a home office or library, they are places where we spend extended periods of time and therefore they deserve careful planning and the creation of a conducive atmosphere”

THE BRIEF
To create a room that works as a workroom/living space allowing for document storage. To design it to be in harmony with the interior of the rest of the house.
THE RESULT
The requirements of the different spaces within the office were discussed and individual pieces were created, each with their own distinctive character. Using light timbers and marquetry details throughout, each piece worked together to provide functionality.
Materials: Maple veneer, Boxwood and Rosewood details.
